Flying Squirrel Clouds in My Coffee Artisan Monsooned Malabar, Whole Beans 250 gm

This specialty coffee is created by sending some of our finest Arabic beans on a 2-3 month vacation to coastal karnataka! The beans are stored in large shipping containers, partially exposed to humid and salty sea air where they are left to absorb moisture and develop a truly unique character. This process is essentially a recreation of a British-era shipping misadventure, where a shipful of coffee beans got over exposed to sea air. Initially discarded, and then accidentally discovered, these beans were all the rage in London for their very unique character and cupping notes.

Packaging and Storage

The coffee is packed and flavour-sealed just a few hours before dispatch. The packets are made of multi-layer food-grade materials, designed to avoid heat, moisture and air contact with the coffee. To enable reuse, the pack comes with Ziplock. A common misconception about coffee is that it has to be stored in a freezer or refrigerated to keep it fresh. Please avoid this at any cost as this tends to draw in moisture as soon as the coffee is exposed to air. Trust the packs to do the job of maintaining freshness!
